If your Zoho account has Two-Factor Authentication (OTP/OneAuth) enabled, IMAP requires an App-Specific Password:

1. Go to accounts.zoho.com
2. Click Security → App Passwords
3. Click Generate New Password and name it GoCo Internal
4. Paste the generated 16-character password into the password field above.
